1. Choose your exports
UTF-8, comma-separated files with a header. Up to 2 MiB and 10,000 data records combined; at most 100 columns per file. Both files need the same names for the columns you select.
2. Set the comparison
Every value is literal text: 001 differs from 1, and Blue differs from blue. Spaces are preserved. Duplicate IDs on either side are set aside for review.
3. Review the differences
Record numbers count CSV records, including the header. A quoted field can span several physical lines. This comparison cannot determine which source is correct.
What this tool does
It compares one shared ID column and up to three other shared columns. It flags ambiguous IDs instead of silently choosing a row. It makes no edits to your source files. It does not merge records, match fuzzy names, interpret accounting values or compare Excel/PDF files.
No analytics script is included in the tool. The hosting provider may process page-request metadata. Downloaded reports contain your selected data; keep them wherever you normally keep those files.
